We accept returns on online purchases within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. Please note, this policy applies exclusively to online orders and does not include custom-made pieces, special orders, or in-store purchases.
NO REFUNDS. Exchanges for store credit only within 90 days of the date of purchase. To exchange merchandise, the merchandise must be in original, undamaged, and unworn condition and accompanied by the original box, all warranty cards, explanation booklets, and diamond grading certificates intact. Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing), and custom pieces are not exchangeable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchases only. All claims must be accompanied by the original receipt.
