• Lifetime resizing within one size up or one size down of the original size purchased (Excludes eternity set engagement rings*)
• Lifetime cleaning, polishing, and rhodium dipping for White Gold rings
• Small side-stone replacement for lost stones on the setting (within one year of purchase)
• Lifetime preventative maintenance for normal wear and tear- I.E.: tightening/rebuilding prongs, re-shaping the band (Excludes: broken shank repair, remakes for misshapen bands or damages that are beyond repair and require a remake of the setting)
• Broken or lost center stones are not covered by this warranty
• Lost or stolen pieces are not covered by this warranty
• Please note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone other than The Jewelers of Las Vegas will void the warranty

If you are in need of a repair for your engagement ring, contact your salesperson on how to proceed. If you are not able to visit our store, you are responsible for purchasing the shipping label, safely packaging the item, and mailing it into our location. We recommend shipping via UPS or FedEx insured shipping with a signature required for delivery. We will cover the return shipping back to you once your repair is complete.
